What the AI assistant won't do

Gireta's AI will not recommend a specific dose, dose change, route, frequency, or cycle length. It will not diagnose conditions from photos or descriptions. It will not predict outcomes. If you ask, it will decline and offer to describe data you've already logged yourself.

Interactions and adverse effects

Many compounds people track in Gireta can interact with prescription medications, hormone therapies, or each other. If you experience adverse effects of any kind, stop the protocol and seek medical attention. Reporting an adverse experience to Gireta does not substitute for contacting a medical professional or a poison-control hotline.

No sourcing or sale

Gireta does not sell, supply, distribute, or recommend a vendor for any compound, peptide, supplement, or controlled substance. Where the in-app catalog displays a compound, the information is reference material drawn from published regulatory labels and clinical pharmacology data, not an endorsement of any specific product or source.

Compliance with local law

You are responsible for ensuring that any compound you choose to track in Gireta is legal to possess and use in your jurisdiction.
