Terms of Use
Last updated 2026. These terms govern your use of Gireta (the "Service"), including the Gireta mobile app and the website at gireta.com. Gireta is operated by Virality Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Who can use Gireta
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service you confirm you are an adult and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
What Gireta is
Gireta is a personal protocol journal and educational community for adults who are independently tracking their own peptide, supplement, or related protocols. The Service is descriptive: you tell it what you take, when, and how, and Gireta lets you log doses, manage your vial inventory, capture progress photos, journal observations, read research summaries, and ask an in-app AI assistant to describe your own logged data. Gireta is not prescriptive: it does not tell you what to take, what to stop, or how to dose. It is not a medical service, not a pharmacy, and not a marketplace. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any condition. Use of the Service does not establish a doctor–patient or clinician–patient relationship. Subscriptions and billing
Some features are available only with a Pro subscription. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. The current price and renewal cadence are shown on the in-app purchase screen at the time of purchase and are store-localized. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can review or cancel at any time from your App Store subscription settings. No refunds are issued through Gireta for App Store purchases; refund requests are handled by Apple under their published policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, journal entries, posts, and comments you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content to Gireta you grant Virality Media LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) post medical advice or prescribe a protocol to another user; (b) post affiliate links, vendor recommendations, or links to external marketplaces; (c) impersonate another person; (d) harass, threaten, or target any user; (e) post sexually explicit content or content involving minors; (f) scrape, mirror, or resell any part of the Service; (g) use the Service to facilitate the sale or sourcing of any controlled substance or regulated product; or (h) attempt to access another user's account, data, or Apple Health permissions. Gireta may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
AI features
Gireta includes an AI assistant that can describe your own logged data, summarize research from a curated corpus, and answer general questions. The AI is not a medical advisor and will refuse requests that ask for specific dosing recommendations, diagnoses, or outcome predictions. Replies are generated by machine learning and may be inaccurate; verify anything important with a qualified clinician. Conversations are processed by our service provider under terms that prohibit using your inputs for model training.
Compound information
Where the Service displays information about a compound (for example, in the in-app catalog or as a footnote on the pharmacokinetic visualisation), the information is sourced from published regulatory labels and peer-reviewed clinical pharmacology data and is intended for visualisation only. It is not a recommendation to take, source, dose, or combine any compound. We do not endorse any vendor, brand, lot, or supplier.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Virality Media LLC does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any particular outcome. Nothing on Gireta is medical advice. Consult a qualified clinician before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol, particularly if you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, are breastfeeding, or are taking any medication.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virality Media LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid Virality Media LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (ii) US $50. Virality Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Virality Media LLC harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these terms or of any law, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, protocols, scans, journal entries, posts, and comments. Gireta may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — your content license for content you posted while the account was active, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the medical disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and Virality Media LLC regarding the Service.
